Highly organized, solid computer skills, and the ability to develop and manage relationships with customers are an absolute must-have.

The duties involved in this position are:

- Entering and managing customer orders and shipments
- Processing customer returns and warranty claims.
- Coordinating with our sales team on customer issues and requests
- Coordinating with our warehouse team for shipments
- Issuing of invoices, debit notes and other customer transactions.
- Working closely with purchasing and product teams to meet customer requests
- Working with financial department and customers to ensure timely payments.
