- Bám sát thị trường, bám sát đối thủ và khách hàng mục tiêu của Doanh nghiệp để luôn có kế hoạch phù hợp cho sản phẩm, dịch vụ của công ty
- Xây dựng kế hoạch Marketing và tổ chức thực hiện kế hoạch marketing theo mục tiêu chiến lược của công ty
- Phối hợp với bộ phận kinh doanh xây dựng các chiến dịch truyền thông, kết nối với các Agency phân phối nguồn lực để tối ưu ngân sách và hiệu quả chiến dịch
- Lập ngân sách marketing hàng năm và ngân sách cho các chiến dịch cụ thể
- Quản lý hiệu suất nhân sự team Marketing theo KPI
**Chức vụ**: Trưởng Nhóm/Trưởng Phòng
**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

- Mức thu nhập: 1200-1500$ + Trợ cấp

- Thời gian làm việc: 8h30 - 18h (Thứ 2 - thứ 6) và thứ 7 cách tuần (nghỉ trưa 1h30)
- Địa điểm làm việc: Công ty CP Techcom Blockchain - KĐT Văn Phú, Hà Đông.
**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành có liên quan Marketing, Quản trị kinh doanh,
- Kinh nghiệm 5 năm marketing, ít nnất 2 năm ở vị trí tương đương.
- Có kiến thức Marketing bài bản. Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng chiến lược marketing ở mọi khía cạnh (branding, sản phẩm, phân phối,...)
- Tiếng Anh thành thạo.
- Thông thạo vi tính Văn phòngThiếp lập và giữ gìn các mối quan hệ tốt.
- Có khả năng phân tích thị trường, hiểu về phân tích dữ liệu
- Khả năng lập kế hoạch marketing.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc theo nhóm.
- Khả năng sử dụng các Tool quản lý nhân sự
