We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective marketing plans that create awareness, interest and ultimately drive enrollment in our client school in Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi. The position will report to the Director of Enrollment & Communications, and work closely with many other department heads of the School.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare yearly marketing plans and budgets
- Project manage all marketing related school activities to deliver on time and on budget
- Keep abreast of changes within competitor schools and create quarterly competitor analysis/report
- Develop and maintain a network of strategic and productive relationships inside and outside the school, including but not restricted to faculty, local media contacts, and influencers
- Lead the creative design, target definition/identification, and dual language execution of marketing campaigns
- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our digital sources, including websites and social media
- Develop and maintain a database of multimedia sources on student achievements, faculty, leadership initiatives, local school news and success stories from other schools in our system, using this information in presentations, mainstream media, on the web, in brochures and in newsletters as required
- Design and drive a well received internal communications strategy that allows families, faculty and all staff to feel a strong sense of belonging at the school
- Craft and execute the optimal Paid Marketing Strategy, involving SEO, Display Marketing, Paid Social (Facebook and local social media), and partnerships with local publisher networks for promotion to drive student enrolments
- Guard and enhance the DSH and brand standards across all school touchpoints, ensuring consistency and adherence to the standards and the protection of our brand image

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or related or complimentary field
- Significant applied marketing experience with a strong digital marketing focus
- Proven knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Zalo, YouTube
- Previous experience of web analytics and inbound marketing tactics for an international, English speaking target audience
- A keen eye for design and attention to detail
- Familiarity with budget preparation and marketing financial forecasting
- Confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and align internal stakeholders and write copy in both English and Vietnamese
- Flexible and agile working style suitable for a greenfield school operations
- Strong drive for organizational improvements
- Team oriented and spirited

Prior experience in school marketing is a qualification advantage
