**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing day-to-day marketing operations independently to ensure achievement of objectives while observing limits of authority and company operating policies procedures.
- Collaborating with other functions (Finance, Sales, Aftersales) to do regular budgeting, set up Business plan, advising market development strategic, developing brand of the company.
- Advising, proposing solution to increase the work efficiency, optimizing cost in the activities of Marketing Department.
- Fully Responsible in directing, managing, administering, and monitoring the performed progress of the activities as well as the overall performance (KPIs) of Marketing Department
- Managing people: collaborating with HR department and propose to Management the planning, creating human resources, appointing, dismissing, resigning, salary adjustment for subordinates, receipting and arranging personnel under department.
- Directing to organize the training program and retraining employee directly under to meet the requirement of job positions.
- Manage the contents of the company website. Building organization: Setting up work processes, rules and regulations for the activities of Marketing department in compliance with company policies and procedures and ensure the implementation/compliance by the subordinates.
- Researching and synthesizing information from the information resources
- Setting marketing mix plan, researching market to ensure objective about synthesis and attraction of information. After that, conducting propose the action plan for each development stage.
- Proposing the product marketing strategy including specific action plan, enforcement budget and so on
- Coordinating and supporting the Sales department in the process of working to deliver Sales plan, promote the effective business activities and After Sales department to build up the best in class Customer Service.
- Building the good relationship with media, press to create good image of the company to the public, ensuring the company image is represented in the best way to the public.
- Do other jobs assigned by Line manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related area
- 5-7 years working experience in the same position.
- Good market & product knowledge.
- Creative, logical thinking, able to plan & create an excellent marketing program in order to attract, recruit & maintain customers.
- Excellent management & leadership skills.
- Interpersonal & communication Skills
- Teamwork and Integrity
