**Position Overview**:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our brand and drive sales. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and enhance our showroom's reputation as a destination for luxury furniture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic to the showroom.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual assets that showcase our products and brand aesthetic.
- Plan and execute showroom events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to attract new customers and engage existing clientele.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years experience in marketing roles, preferably within the luxury retail or design industry.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to develop compelling content and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for luxury furniture, design trends, and lifestyle brands.
- Good verbal and written English are a must. (General Director is Italian)
- Fluency in Italian or experience working with Italian brands is a plus.
