Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager ready to drive awareness and generate leads for our professional services business in Vietnam. The role will operate within the Professional Services - Marketing and Communications unit under the Head of Marketing and be based in Vietnam.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the marketing plan to generate leads and a pipeline for Tek Experts Professional Services Vietnam.
- Monitoring market trends and analyzing customer activities to identify business opportunities.
- Utilize targeting, customer segmentation, and buyer journeys to architect innovative multi-channel engagement programs.
- Coordinate internal reviews of content and materials, ensuring all feedback is incorporated and materials are finalized and delivered on time.
- Monitor and evaluate the competitive environment and trends to ensure plans and activity are relevant to the market and the needs of the business.
- Measure and report on impact of marketing campaigns and social media.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, including experience in marketing automation and business analytics tools and metrics to measure ROI and drive success.
- Strong knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and ecosystem.
- Proven record of integrating storytelling into marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing geographically distributed stakeholders.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, and WordPress is preferred.
- Should be creative, passionate, innovative, and good at meeting deadlines.
- Excellent team management, digital marketing, and brand strategy skills.
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken
