**ABOUT WOODCHILL**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Developing Marketing Strategies**:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- **Brand Management**:

- Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and implement brand-building initiatives to enhance brand awareness and perception.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to drive innovation and effectiveness.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Develop and oversee content marketing strategies to engage target audiences and drive inbound traffic.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create high-quality, compelling content for various platforms and formats.
- **Team Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimal ROI.
- Track expenses, analyze spending patterns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize budget allocation.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing management roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowing how to use AI tools to help create content is a plus
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in marketing practices.
