User Growth team is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic **Performance Marketing Manager** to manage our ambitious Performance Marketing team. With the mission to bring Cốc Cốc services to more Internet users, the User Growth Department provides various marketing campaigns and activities to attract, engage, and retain users. The Performance Marketing team is expected to help Cốc Cốc acquire users by creating attractive marketing campaigns.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Responsible for achieving optimization goals with our ambitious user growth plan (include for desktop and mobile) according to the approved budget.
- Manage and drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics and constantly optimize marketing activities to improve metrics
- Manage all activities of the Performance Marketing Team.

Responsible for team recruitment & self-development.
- Build and update all cross-functional processes and documents for the team.
- Coordinate with other teams, such as Web Analyst, Business Intelligence & Product, etc.,to follow and ensure all measurable traffic channels are tracked.
- Coordinate with Business Development/Sales to implement partnership activities (retail, government, big brands).
- Assist other marketing tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Required qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in the equivalent position. Related to Distribution/performance marketing for both Desktop and Mobile platforms (eg: Search Ads, Paid Social, CPA, SEO or Mobile Ads platforms,...)
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Experienced in Growth Frameworks/ Management frameworks (Jira or similar)
- Ability to scale up the software for more users and Expertise in digital products.
- Excellent English communication in both written and verbal.

**Nice-to-have skills**:

- Be able to train and improve skills for the team, including Onboarding, Induction and Developing programs)
- Effective communication to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders
- Good presentation skills as well as being able to pitch new ideas.
