**What You Will Do**

**We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead our global B2C eCommerce brand. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, enhancing our brand identity, overseeing technical integration and development, and driving eCommerce growth.**
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Enhance and manage the brand’s identity and positioning across all channels.
- Oversee technical integration and development to optimize the customer experience and ensure seamless eCommerce operations.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or related business field.
- Proven 3 years experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the B2C eCommerce sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and e-Commerce growth strategies.
- Experience with technical integration and development in an e-Commerce environment.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
- Fluent in English communication.

**What You’ll Get**

- Working day: 5 days a week from Monday to Friday.
- Working hour: 7,5 hours per day.
