- Negotiate contracts, propose solutions, and agree conditions with customers in signing contracts.

Handle arising issues related to the cooperation program.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners/customers to develop new business.
- Monitor and capture market fluctuations,... report to superiors and make timely suggestions.

Customer care, planning to periodically check inventory data, product display images, and shelves at points of sale.
- Plan and implement offline events and promotions according to each company and customer policy.
- Report business situation weekly/monthly/quarterly and perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

- Graduated from University/College majoring in Business Administration/Economic or related field.
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development/Key Account/Sales B2B position
- Good presentation & communication skills,
- Good negotiation & problem-solving skills.
- Have customer care skills
- Have knowledge & experience in the cosmetics industry is an advantage.
