Mô tả Công việc

Lập và đề xuất kế hoạch hỗ trợ thương mại (trade marketing) cho các sản phẩm, ngành hàng nhằm đạt các mục tiêu khác nhau - như: tạo sự nhận biết, tăng khả năng xâm nhập của sản phẩm; tăng độ phủ, tăng sự hấp dẫn và tăng doanh số sản phẩm; tăng độ nhận biết thương hiệu, v.v...

Tổ chức bộ máy, tham gia tuyển dụng, đào tạo, huấn luyện đội ngũ nhân sự trade marketing. Phân công nhiệm vụ cụ thể và quản lý nhân viên hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ của bộ phận

Triển khai các hoạt động, chương trình trade marketing. Giám sát để đảm bảo các chương trình được thực hiện có hiệu quả và tiết kiệm.

Tổ chức hướng dẫn, giám sát và hỗ trợ nhà phân phối, đại lý, điểm bán lẻ trong việc trưng bày sản phẩm và sử dụng các vật phẩm khuyến mãi theo đúng chuẩn mực đã đề ra

Thu thập thông tin thị trường nhằm báo cáo, phân tích, đánh giá liên quan tới những biến động của sản lượng hàng bán ra, xu hướng mua hàng, cách thức & hành vi sử dụng, loại sản phẩm bán chạy,..và đưa ra những đề xuất phù hợp đối với chính sách và hoạt động của Cty

Thu thập thông tin về các hoạt động và phản ứng của đối thủ cạnh tranh, ý tưởng sản xuất, kinh doanh từ khách hàng, người tiêu dùng nhằm bắt kịp xu hướng hoặc có những phản ứng kịp thời đối với thị trường và đối thủ cạnh tranh

Quan hệ hiệu quả với các đối tác, đại lí, đối tác thứ 3 nhằm tối đa hiệu quả quản lí các chương trình khuyến mại, hỗ trợ nhà phân phối, đại lý, điểm bán lẻ

Phối hợp với lực lượng bán hàng (Giám sát, trưởng vùng,..) và các phòng ban khác trong Công ty để Thiết lập và duy trì Quan hệ tốt đẹp với các nhà phân phối, đại lí, kênh & điểm bán lẻ và các nhà thầu nhằm tối đa hóa hiệu quả của các chương trình hoạt động và xây dựng Hệ thống phân phối phát triển bền vững

Tham gia công tác tổ chức, xây dựng chiến lược kinh doanh và chính sách hoạt động của công ty

Trình độ học vấn: Đại học

Trình độ chuyên môn: Marketing

Trình độ ngoại ngữ: Nghe, nói, đọc và viết thông thạo tiếng Anh (tương đương chứng chỉ C)

Trình độ tin học: Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm văn phòng: MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,...

Có khả năng học hỏi tốt các phần mềm theo yêu cầu công việc

Kinh nghiệm thực tế:
Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc xây dựng và thực hiện các kế hoạch Trade Marketing

Kỹ năng, khả năng khác:

- Khả năng làm việc độc lập và phối hợp nhóm
- Khả năng thương lượng tốt.
- Khả năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt
- Khả năng thích ứng với môi trường làm việc.
- Khả năng lãnh đạo, tổ chức tốt.
- Sẵn lòng làm việc ngoài giờ.
