**Job Description**:
British University Vietnam (BUV) is the first and only international university in Vietnam to directly award British degrees from the prestigious University of London and Staffordshire University. - Job Title- International Engagement Officer- Post on- Reports To- Experience**POSITION PURPOSE**:
The role is to provide supports to International Office Manager (IOM) in developing, managing general operations of the University’s mobility programmes and global engagement activities.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Manage/provide direct consultations to students and parents about all international engagement programmes under remit of the Department;
- Assist IOM in developing, updating the Department’s promotional materials on international engagement and mobility programmes;
- Be responsible for developing data record system to report on all international programmes or activities on monthly, quarterly or yearly basis;
- Be responsible for planning and executing international engagement events for the Department in coordination with BUV students and Partners;
- Be responsible for developing and managing regular updates of IO’s student information systems;
- Be responsible for developing a student feedback and programme quality management system which aims to further improve student satisfaction on the Department’s services;
- Be responsible for developing and maintaining fruiful relationship between the Institution and international stakeholders (institutions /associations/ organizations);
- Conduct market research when being assigned by IOM.

**POSITION SPECIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Management or Education Management or other related fields;
- Excellent English and Vietnamese verbal and written communication skills and listening skills;
- Experience in administration and event management from a multi-national organization;
- Good (at least be familiar) with Microsoft 365 (and its Applications);
- Desirable _
- Master degree;
- Preferrable skills : research and business analytical experience;
- Soft-skills : Public speaking/ presentation skills
- Language : Korean speaking (good or fluent all 4 skills)
