**I. Job Purpose**/ **_Mục Tiêu Công Việc_**:

- Support Corporate Affairs Director to create and communicate a favorable public image to the company
- _Hỗ trợ Giám Đốc Quan Hệ Đối Ngoại cùng tạo và quảng bá hình ảnh thương hiệu được yêu thích của Circle K tới công chúng_
- Provide the monthly update about Viet Nam Politics, Economy, Social, Technology, Environment & Legal (PESTEL)
- _Cung cấp báo cáo cập nhật hàng tháng về tình hình chính trị, kinh tế, xã hội, công nghệ, môi trường và luật pháp của Việt nam_

**II. Job Accountabilities**/ **_Trách Nhiệm Công Việc_**:

- Establish and nurture good relationships with various organizations, partners, agencies, boards, sectors, and local government authorities
- _Thiết lập và nuôi dưỡng mối quan hệ tốt với các tổ chức, đối tác, cơ quan, hội đồng, các lĩnh vực và các cơ quan chính quyền địa phương_
- Information gathering and provide reports on Vietnam PESTEL monthly
- _Hàng tháng, thu thập thông tin cập nhật và cung cấp báo cáo về tình hình chính trị, kinh tế, xã hội, công nghệ, môi trường và luật pháp _
- Corporate with related departments to manage crisis to Circle K brand (if any) through PR/ media channel under the supervision from Corporate Affairs Director,
- _Phối hợp với phòng ban liên quan xử lý khủng hoảng liên quan tới thương hiệu Circle K (nếu có) thông qua kênh báo chí và truyền thông, dưới sự hướng dẫn của Giám Đốc Quan Hệ Đối Ngoại_
- Develop proposals and coordinate with related teams and committees to roll out Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) activities nationwide with reports
- _Phát triển các đề xuất và phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan và hội đồng về Trách nhiệm xã hội doanh nghiệp (CSR) để triển khai các hoạt động về CSR trên phạm vi cả nước, kèm theo báo cáo _
- Update related Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan/ SOPs/ Protocols/ Guidelines with schedule
- _Cập nhật định kỳ kế hoạch về Trách nhiệm với xã hội/ các quy trình & quy định liên quan_
- Join relevant provincial trade shows and promote potential local products through Circle K chain or export to Hong Kong
- _Tham gia các triển lãm thương mại tại các tỉnh thành và thực hiện quảng bá các sản phẩm tiềm năng của địa phương thông qua chuỗi cửa hàng Circle K hoặc xuất khẩu sang Hồng Kông._
- Manage Corporate Affairs budget with report
- _Quản lý ngân sách của bộ phận Đối ngoại và cung cấp báo cáo định kỳ_
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Corporate Affairs Director.
- _Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi Giám đốc Quan hệ Đối ngoại_

**III. Job Requirements/ **_Yêu Cầu Công Việc_**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree would be a plus
- _Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh, Thương mại quốc tế hoặc các ngành liên quan. Tốt nghiệp Thạc sỹ Quản trị kinh doanh sẽ là điểm cộng _
- Proven track record with over 7 years’ experience in the same or similar position
- _Có ít nhất 7 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong mảng liên quan _
- A good communication in both Vietnamese and English languages and a people person
- _Giao tiếp tốt cả tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh và thân thiện_
- High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance.
- _Chính trực, liêm khiết và độc lập_
