- Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch kinh doanh, đội nhóm, nhân sự để đạt được mục tiêu doanh số.
- Phát triển kinh doanh cho các sản phẩm hạ tầng, hosting, VPS và các sản phẩm khác của công ty
- Phân tích thị trường và xác định các cơ hội kinh doanh mới.
- Định hướng và thiết lập chiến lược tiếp cận khách hàng tiềm năng.
- Tổ chức các cuộc họp định kỳ để đánh giá tiến độ công việc và đưa ra giải pháp kịp thời.
- Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng hiện tại và tiềm năng.
- Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh và đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách hàng.
- Theo dõi và quản lý hợp đồng, thanh toán và các vấn đề liên quan.
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với các phòng ban khác như marketing, kỹ thuật để đảm bảo các dịch vụ cung cấp đúng nhu cầu khách hàng.
- Tham gia các cuộc họp liên phòng ban để thảo luận và giải quyết các vấn đề chung.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

- Tham gia BHXH theo quy định của pháp luật
- Team building tối thiểu 1 năm 1 lần
- Các buổi training chuyên sâu kỹ thuật/ kỹ năng mềm định kỳ
- Hoạt động bóng đá mỗi thứ 5 hàng tuần
- Làm việc tại một môi trường thoải mái về đồng phục nhưng chuẩn mực về thái độ
**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Ít nhất 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong mảng hạ tầng, VPS, hosting.
- Am hiểu về thị trường hạ tầng, VPS, hosting.
- Chủ động, sáng tạo và có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán xuất sắc.
