DigiSource's Client is Hire Central - Company Central provides HR Techsolutions with SaaS model
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive adoption of Hire Central among target industries (têxtile and garment manufacturing, retail mart chains, convenience stores, and F&B chains).
- **Market Expansion**:Aggressively pursue new business opportunities in the HCMC area and expand to other regions across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
- **Lead Generation and Management**: Identify and qualify potential leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure customer success.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the executive team.

**Job Requirement**
- **Experience**:Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in HR tech or B2B SaaS sales is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to develop relationships with C-level executives.
- **Market Knowledge**: Familiarity with the Vietnam market and the HR tech landscape and demonstrated history of success with B2B sales approachare the pluses.
- **Self-Motivated**:A driven individual with a passion for sales and a mission-driven approach to work; aself-starter mentality with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results in a wide-open market with large growth potential.
- **Adaptability**:Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- **Language**:Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is required.
