**International B2B Sales Executives**

At this moment, we want to expand the business, we are looking for Sales Executives.
**Your Day - To - Day**:
- Finding customer.
- Sells materials by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
- Build good working relationships with customers and maintain it by providing support, information, instruction and recommending opportunities, profit and service improvements.
- Understand your customers’s business demands. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and
competitors.
- Present the products or services favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
- Research the market and related products. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating customers position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
- Collaborate with purchasing team to check the progress of existing orders.
- Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Feed
future buying trends back to Managers.
- Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- _Tìm kiếm khách hàng._
- _Bán sản phẩm bằng cách thiết lập thông tin liên hệ và phát triển mối quan hệ với khách hàng tiềm năng và đề xuất các giải pháp cho họ._
- _Xây dựng mối quan hệ kinh doanh tốt với khách hàng và duy trì mối quan hệ đó bằng cách hỗ trợ, cung cấp thông tin và hướng dẫn cho khách hàng, đề xuất các cơ hội mới và các biện pháp nhằm cải thiện lợi nhuận và chất lượng dịch vụ cho khách hàng._
- _Thấu hiểu nhu cầu trong kinh doanh của các khách hàng. Tìm kiếm các cải tiến cho sản phẩm hiện tại hoặc phát hiện sản phẩm mới bằng cách xác định các nhu cầu, xu_

- _Nghiên cứu thị trường và tập hợp số liệu các sản phẩm liên quan. Xác định các cơ hội kinh doanh bằng cách phân tích triển vọng trong ngành, từ đó chọn lọc cách thức_

- _Đàm phán về giá cả, chi phí, phương thức vận chuyển và thông số kỹ thuật với người mua và người quản lý._
- _Chuẩn bị các báo cáo bằng cách thu thập, phân tích và tổng hợp thông tin. Phân tích và báo cáo lại xu hướng mua hàng trong tương lai cho các nhà quản lý._
- _Tự đánh giá hiệu suất bán hàng của mình, nhằm đảm bảo đạt hoặc vượt chỉ tiêu._
- _Đóng góp cho nỗ lực nhóm bằng cách hoàn thành các kết quả liên quan khi cần thiết._

- 1-3 years of experience executing sales programs preferably with cross-border and international focus, related to Plastic Recycling Industry is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Incoterms and Logistics.
- Fluency in English (B level or higher).
- Ability and desire to sell with positive, confident and determined approach.
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
- Working both independently and as part of a team.
- A good level of communication and numeracy.
