5. Responsible for the management of employee dormitories, ensure a good dormitory environment, and improve the accommodation experience of employees;
6. Assist in the arrangement of external reception, arrange the reception room and tea preparation in time, and connect with the visiting parking in advance;
7. Organize the company's security work to ensure the safety of the company's property and employees, and regularly or irregularly inspect the company's internal security; situation and safety equipment, and deal with problems in a timely manner;
8. Other related work assigned by superiors.

**Job Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 1-3 years of work experience in administration, Chinese, logistics, and fixed asset management;
2. Proficient in Vietnamese and Chinese as working languages, and English is preferred;
3. Strong adaptability, planning and problem-solving skills;
4. Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and strong execution;
5. Strong sense of responsibility and service awareness.

Pay: 3,000,000₫ - 4,500,000₫ per month

Expected Start Date: 2024/06/01
