Our group of storytellers help boost awareness among our valued customers, fuel our lead pipeline, and continue to elevate Adjust's global reputation in the industry.

**Make an Impact**/ The role:
Adjust is looking for an experienced **Marketing Specialist (for a maximum of 7 month contract)** to be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate new prospects for the SEA region.

The successful Marketing Specialist has a substantial understanding of sales-focused marketing as well as our audiences of mobile app marketers, publishers, and developers. They enjoy taking charge of regional marketing programs, detailed planning, proactive communication, and flawlessly delivering memorable marketing experiences that support our sales goals.

This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Field Marketing, APAC.

**Empower Your Potential**/ Responsibilities:

- Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and/or services within marketing defined strategy.
- Be an advocate for the sales region you support and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities.
- Be an advocate for the marketing department and help the sales team you support understand the marketing department's priorities.
- Decision making and discretion regarding event and campaign selection and planning in support of regional sales goals.
- Regional event and campaign strategy, decision making, and onsite management.
- Support partnership Marketing activities with Adjust partners from approval of the campaign through execution as required.
- Ensure all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, and measure and report on their effectiveness.
- Following the Adjust process, project managing all campaigns from beginning to end, ensuring they meet the target objectives.
- Collaborate with the localization team to localize marketing materials for Vietnamese, Bahasa, and Thai.

**Bring Your Knowledge/ **Experience & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in field marketing or event marketing
- Experience supporting sales teams delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing.
- Exemplary communication and solid writing skills. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- A passion and substantial understanding of the mobile app market and adtech industry.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Flexibility to travel
- Native level Vietnamese and Business level English language skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
