Technical Sales

**Main duties**:
- Provides a faster response and solution for customers’ needs. Works with the various cross functional departments in the factory in resolving any customers’ issues
- Proactive account management and maintain a high degree of personal involvement and visibility within the customer base to create a positive and influential relationships
- Assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Build a strong and an intimate relationship with customers at multiple level of the organizations, deepened customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction level
- Plan for frequent business call to customers, feedback on customers’ business expectations and requirements to the factory and BUs for continuous improvements
- Prepare weekly / monthly sales activities report
- Assists and supports new business development activities / customers’ prospecting as assigned by the Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Mechanical engineering
- Minimum 5 year related work experience in sales management in precision engineering field preferably in Lifestyle Electronics
- Experience in managing CM will be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS-Excel, PowerPoint and Words
- Fluent in English & Chinese in 4 skills.
