**Summary of the Position**:
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support timely, investigate and troubleshoot complex machining issues to improve product performance in collaboration with our R&D team and solve end-users machining challenges.
- Support existing Distributors to develop new end-users to assure customer retention and development of new business opportunities.
- Works closely with other teams/stakeholdersto conduct local market research, and analyze industry and technology trends to develop solutions that meets market needs.
- Provide product training to end-users and distributors.
- Always explore and updated with the latest technology related to cutting tools.

**Competencies and Skills required**:

- Aptitude for solving engineering issues.
- Good interpersonal and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills by using tools for tracking such as Asana and able to track all project statuses etc.
- Strong collaboration skills, to foster collaboration across all levels of the organization and with customers/ end-users.
- Must be able to write, speak and understand both English and Vietnamese.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- At least 2 years of similar experience in the Manufacturing Environment.
- Prior technical sales experience in cutting tools, metal cutting or technical product sales would be an added advantage.

**Salary**: 19,000,000₫ - 23,000,000₫ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hanoi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
