Sales Support Specialist

**Position Overview**
The Sales Support Specialist and Analyst is responsible for assisting Account Managers and sales teams in completing a defined set of sales activities primarily within the lead to order lifecycle, including country-specific nuanced requirements. It will also be responsible for all business finance activities and escalations. Resources are a critical player in contributing to a positive customer experience, creating account value, accelerating the deal cycle and monitoring financial reporting. This individual is a self-motivated performer with a support mindset and willing to develop expertise within the lead to order process and business finance. Sales Support team members are dedicated to a specific geography and support requests by the sales teams, performing a range of tasks as needed to accelerate the deal. While sales support & finance resources have the skills to perform any Sales Support and Finance activity, they are encouraged to develop specific expertise over time.
**You are responsible for**
- Utilize a collaborative skillset to manage multiple day-to-day activities simultaneously to complete work products with members of the Sales organization, utilizing additional shared and local Sales Support team members as needed
- Perform activities across the lead to order lifecycle, including preparing sales for deal reviews and approvals, developing contracts for key deals, and consolidating pricing for the solution proposal
- Manage a variety of complex activities across a diverse range of deals and accounts, while increasing in specialization, expertise, and ownership of critical and strategic opportunity requests
- Develop comprehensive understanding of entire sales organization structure and collaborative requirements to accelerate business goals and deliver customer value
- Leverage tools and technology, enablement materials, and other resources to perform Sales Support tasks and activities
- Serve as a critical support system to Account Managers and sales teams to activities across the deal lifecycle, including account planning, opportunity identification and assessment, solution scoping, deal proposal, pricing, contract development, and post-sale escalations
- Coordinate with local resources to accomplish requests that need to address local complexities
- Coordinate and support Partner Business in Vietnam for order lifecycle
- Collaborate with other functional groups across the organization including, but not limited to, SMEs, Solution Sales, Legal, and Pricing
- Partners with business leaders across larger areas, lines of business, regions or other areas of the company.
- Conducts research and analysis of financial data for planning, budgeting, cost control and project control.
- Develops outlooks, forecasts, and annual plans, as required, to support business planning and decision-making.
- Performs ad-hoc financial analyses at multiple levels of complexity, including calculations of rate of return, depreciation, working capital, budgeting, cost analysis and financial and expense performance comparisons.
- Develops, maintains and provides historical and prospective financial information and analyses
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Support / Operations / Business Finance teams.
- Four Year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Strong command of English and Vietnamese
- Understanding of the lead to order lifecycle and the critical financial activities that fall under Sales Support & Finance scope
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate confidently and effectively with customers and other team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple activity requests simultaneously while still meeting and exceeding set KPIs and key metrics
- Knowledge of the local markets, vendors, and the regulatory environment
- Collaborative mindset that enables consistent development and teaming
- Basic knowledge of financials reports and P&L understanding.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
- Strong knowledge of SalesForce, SAP etc
- Previous experience working with Diebold Nixdorf supporting Sales.
- Possesses leadership qualities that align with the key DN Values such as Decisiveness, Willingness to Change, Sense of Urgency, Accountability, and Collaboration
- Highly self-motivated individual with excellent leadership, mentoring, customer relationship, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
