As a Sales Specialist Intern, you will be responsible for fulfilling the expected number customer visits as established in consultation with the sales manager and ensures that the customer database is maintained updated in regard to customer information, contact persons, businesses and activities. Reporting to Local Division Manager, you will be running the negotiations with the for the conclusion of contracts and takes the sales to agree upon margins, and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process This position is based in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Local Division Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Identifying business opportunities and new prospects to expand market coverage area for drives & PLC
- Proposing strategy to approach customers: OEM,SI in order to generate and secure the projects
- Building and maintaining a good relationship with customers in the allocated regions/segments
- Translating the needs of the customer in the relevant offerings based on ABB’s product, system, and service portfolio
- Participating and contributing with the various risk assessments in order to ensure the proper proportion between price and quality
- Following up customers payments in accordance with the terms of the contract in order to avoid past due notices
- Tracking and monitoring quotations (volume of offers, won-lost analysis, provide feedback of offers by update SFDC
- Ensuring that agreements which have been entered into are complied with and that deliveries of products (goods and services) are implemented on time at the agreed upon cost
**Your background**:
- Senior Students or fresh graduates holding University degrees in Marketing/ Economics/Business Administration or other related majors
- Understanding Drives products for OEM
- Accumulative GPA is minimum at 7.0/10 or 2.5/4.0
- Good analytical and conceptual skills
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and computer literacy
- Passionate, fast learners with can-do attitude
