To provide comprehensive support for marketing activities in Southeast Asia (SEA), the Marketing Specialist plays a key role in generating sales leads, managing digital tools, and overseeing the local tesa website. Responsibilities extend to marketing communication, digital initiatives, and CRM management.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **General Marketing**:

- Assist in developing customer gifts/merchandising in SEA.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Identify, qualify, and generate sales leads from various channels.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team for local product launches and promotional activities.
- Facilitate the rollout of global/regional initiatives in SEA or targeted regions.
- Achieve KPIs set by the Strategic Marketing Manager, SEA.
- **Marketing Communication & Digital**:

- Support sales initiatives, including customer tech days, seminars, workshops, and trade exhibitions.
- Develop marketing collaterals to support sales activities.
- Translate and maintain local website content.
- Localize marketing materials, social media content, advertisements, and press releases.
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives for high search engine rankings.
- Utilize digital tools, including CMS, PIM, Google Analytics, e-newsletter, and other marketing automation tools.
- Manage the CRM system (MS Dynamics) and leads management process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
- 0-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics.
- Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Experience in organizing participation in customer events and trade fairs is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Trustworthy and of sound character.
- Strong team player.
- Effective communication and influencing skills.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated.
