WHAT YOU DO
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist at True Platform. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for:
- Onboarding new client, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to our platform
- Cultivating strong relationships, fostering product adoption and maximizing user satisfaction
- Analyzing customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Providing exceptional support via various communication channels to quickly solve client requirements or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales team, Product team, etc) to ensure customer needs are met
WHO YOU ARE
- Having relevant experience in B2B SaaS industry
- Experienced at least 01 year of experience in customer success, customer onboarding and customer-facing roles
- Strong business communicator, fluent in English (equivalent IELTS 6.5+)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Having Positive Mindset & Growth Mindset
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of work management softwares is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communication, or a related field
