Customer Service Specialist

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is proactive, customer-focused, and passionate about creating joyful experiences for our customers. You'll interact directly with customers via online channels and hotline, assist with orders, resolve issues, and help drive sales through thoughtful consultation.
Responsibilities
Customer Consulting:
- Engage with customers via chat, email, and social media.
- Advise on product selection and promotions to drive sales.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
Customer Support:
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
Working time: 6 days/week
Shift M: from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Shift N: from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Shift A: from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English
- Fast typing & multitasking capabilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
