**B2B SALES EXECUTIVE**

**Job type**:
- Full-time and remote
- Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, ensuring 40 hours per week.
**Location**: Work from anywhere.
**Reporting line**: The CEO of Wow AI, Inc
**Responsibilities**
- Do research about potential companies and authorized people or people with whom we can do business and collaborate on their AI training data project.
- Generate sales and hit monthly/quarterly quota.
- Deliver growth in the respective area.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
- Create reports and provide insights on sales strategies.
- Other relevant tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

**Requirements**:
**a. Must have**
- Must have 3+ years of experience in **international B2B sales**, especially in the American/EU market.
- Must have experience in **outsourcing/BPO/AI and Technology industry.**:
- Fluent in English.
- Technical Competency.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships.
- Proven success outperforming quota in a performance-driven sales environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills; and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and creatively.
- Attention to detail and cross-functional relationship management skills.
- A self-motivated and self-disciplined person who can work remotely.
- **Well equipped with a stable internet connection, a personal laptop, and a home office.**
**b. Nice to have**
- Experience in a corporate and start-up company is a plus.
- A ‘can do’ attitude and a thirst to learn.
- Clear phone voice.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation.
**Benefit**
**Compensation**:
- **Base salary: Negotiable.**:
- High commission policy.
**Allowances**:
- **Work-from-home allowance: 50 USD/month.** Applied after the probation.
- **Insurance support: 100 USD/month.** Applied after the probation.
- LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) fixed allowance: 50 USD/month.
**Bonuses and gifts**:

- Performance bonus at the end of the year (cash).
- All-hands Company Trip each year.
**Leaves**:
- **Public holidays.** Take time off and spend it with your family during your country’s public national/regional/state holidays.
- **Annual leave**: 12 days/year and to be pro-rata rated for the actual monthly working period for full-time staff. Applied after the probation.
- **Sick leave **with pay: maximum 6 days/year, on top of the 12-day annual leave credit, for full-time staff. Applied after the probation.
- **Period leave**: 1 day each month for female employees.
- Personal leave policy for special cases.
**Training and recognition**
- **Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP)** can be applied after a (1) year working contribution, depending on the Company’s business results and the individual’s performance.
