**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify opportunities of airfreight co-loading business and build up relationships with clients.
- Actively build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Ensure that rate/space enquires from Clients are responded on timely manner.
- Arrange contract, credit agreement and AR with clients.
- Territories cover entire Vietnam.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets KPI by managing of sales team leader.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in the sales function of the freight forwarders or co-loading company for both Ocean and/or Air service.
- Industry recognized professional with established key contacts.Highly self-motivated and assertive.
- Work efficiently under pressure.
- Fluent in English.
- Computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, outlook, etc.
