Hanoi, Vietnam Talent Recruitment JSC Full time

Work along with Air pricing team for new business inquiries. Identify and target new customers with customized propositions, in line with national, regional, and global customer sales plans, to find new profitable businesses and increase sales revenue.
- Build strong relationships with current customers and find opportunities to maintain and expand the Airfreight business.

**Responsibility**:

- Primarily focus on the development of new airfreight customers.
- Utilize the company’s systems and tools to find strong business opportunities and contribute to achieving the company’s target.
- Develop quotes and proposals for current and prospective customers through working with the Pricing team.
- Manage relationships with and grow sales in existing customers.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor’s degree above
- Major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain
- Management or a related field preferred. (Or an equivalent combination of work and education. / equivalent combination of work experience)
- English Advance Level, other language skill is a plus

EXPERIENCE:

- 9+ years’ experience in logistics
- Prefer work experience in global logistics company or Air freight market
- Strong air cargo sales experience in overall business-to-business sales and marketing experience

SKILLS:

- A solid knowledge of Air Cargo Sales and Marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts
- Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, able to be multi-tasked

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: 18,000,000₫ - 25,000,000₫ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
