Job Purpose_**
- Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing an exceptional customer service within the Air Export Department._

**Key Responsibilities**
- _ Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow_
- _ Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system._
- _ Track and Trace Air Export Files and reporting. Use Tree View on daily basis_
- _ Ensure arrival notices are communicated to overseas and customers_
- _ Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing._
- _ Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards._
- _ Contribute to maintain strong relationships with vendors (airlines, trucking companies, and others._
- _ Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations._
- _ Understand department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity._
- _ Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed and updated in the DLSOP_
- _ Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company’s procedures_
- _ Escalation of problems to Management when necessary._
- _ Meets company standards of 52 hours training per year per employee._
- _ Complete mandatory training when required_
- _ Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride._

**Qualifications**
- _ Minimum Education & College or University graduation or equivalent qualification_
- _ IATA Certification (preferred)_
- _ Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results._
- _ Pro-active, strong organizational skills_
- _ Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word etc.)._
- _ Fluent in English_
- _ 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience_
