Currently, we are looking for a Commercial Development Senior Executive to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and provide regular updates on market supply, demand, pricing, competition, market positioning and customer trends
- Acquire and secure new tenancies, conduct viewings and negotiations, collecting, inspecting all information to select tenants
- Prepare draft lease documents
- Confirm T&C and manage progress of signing contract with tenants
- Manage and support tenant’s store operation
- Execute and manage commercial development according to Company’s strategy and direction
- Compile and prepare occupancy, rental and other lease management statistics and reports.
- Plan for timely lease renewals with existing tenants.
- Supervise lease administration information input, ensure proper maintenance of tenants’ database.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Degree: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant major

Experience and skills:

- Must have from 3 to 4 years of experience in retail business
- Proven skills in managing leases for commercial/retail.
- Solid understanding of federal, state and local rental regulations and compliance.
- Expert knowledge of rental agreements.
- Solution-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Must be fluent in English communication (listening, speaking, writing and reading).
