(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)Sản phẩm: Phần mềm quản lí cho các shop thương mại điện tử & quản lí kho bãi xuyên biên giới Nhiệm vụ công việc: - Tìm hiểu và phân tích những hiểu biết sâu sắc về thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh, xu hướng sắp tới - Xây dựng và áp dụng kế hoạch bán hàng chiến lược với hành động và KPI chi tiết cho team SaaS Việt Nam - Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và quản lý đội ngũ bán hàng - Chịu trách nhiệm thiết lập các ưu đãi trên tất cả các kênh bán hàng và đảm bảo hiệu suất so với các chỉ tiêu và KPI cốt lõi. - Thiết lập và thúc đẩy quan hệ đối tác và các mối quan hệ với các khách hàng chính. - Cộng tác với các nhóm nội bộ để cung cấp các chiến dịch được nhắm mục tiêu và mở ra hiệu quả trong quy trình bán hàng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Tiếng anh tốt, ưu tiên ứng viên biết thêm tiếng Trung - Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, các ngành học Marketing, IT, phần mềm v.v - Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương - Có kinh nghiệm trong việc phát triển hoặc sale phần mềm SaaS, ERP, WMS, TMS - Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành thương mại điện tử (bao gồm thương mại điện tử xuyên biên giới), kho bãi, vận chuyển. - Khả năng giao tiếp tốt, chịu được áp lực trong công việc. - Tinh thần làm việc nhóm và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, suy nghĩ nhạy bén.
