**Responsibilities**:

- **Health Screening Center set up and development**:

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the center meets all local healthcare regulations.
- Equipment Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and procure necessary medical and office equipment.
- Vendor Management: Establish and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Staff Recruitment: Participate in hiring for medical professionals, administrative staff, and support personnel.
- Project Management: Lead the project from inception to completion, ensuring that all milestones are met within budget and on time.
- **Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and manage the center’s budget, including financial forecasting, billing, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing, collecting, and depositing of payments/fees.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, including developing and implementing new programs, procedures and services.
- Manage the inventory and budget and responsible for proper procurement protocols of medical supplies.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures that ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- **Stakeholder management**
- Manage and work closely with HQ and regional offices to develop and implement strategies to promote the center.
- Assists in the creation of business plans for assigned areas in cooperation with senior management, doctors (if applicable) and/or Director.
- Establish partnerships with local healthcare providers, insurance companies, and community organizations.
- Act as the face of the center, engaging with community leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

**About you**:

- Minimum of 8 years' experience in managing healthcare operations.
- Experience in setting up and managing healthcare operations.
- Possess strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to also work hands-on with limited resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and suppliers.
- Must have knowledge of local healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be proficient in English speaking and writing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things.
