Cost Center is looking for a Business Development Manager who lives and breathes User Acquisition (UA) in the mobile gaming/ app industry. This individual will be responsible for building partnerships with indie game studios and developers, drive adoption of data-driven methods in managing UA, and scale up sustainably.


- Acquire new accounts through self-initiated lead generation, professional network, cold calls, client/internal referrals, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Lead and personally undertake end-to-end Sales activities to manage the complete sales funnel and lifecycle.
- Develop GTM strategy aligned with the company's overall goals
- Successfully meet sales revenue goals and maintain growth in sales activity month over month.
- Maintain close communication at various stages in the sales cycle including account updates, weekly projections and revenue forecasting.
- Build and maintain multi-level client stakeholder relationships to ensure customer health and to drive expansion within existing accounts
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive market outreach and product adoption
- Maintain a solid knowledge of the company’s underlying technology, the range of existing products, and consulting services.
- Be a product advocate to actively promote Cost Center's solutions at industry events to build brand awareness and initiate sales conversations.



**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in mobile game/app studios, game publishing or ad networks
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Experience in identifying, developing and maintaining business relationships including pipeline tracking through opportunity portals
- A natural networker with strong industry relationships within the mobile gaming industry
- Go-getter with a proven track record in business development, sales and/or marketing
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese is a must to meet business needs
- Strong analytical and information management skills
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Demonstrate positivity and eager-to-learn attitude
- Genuine passion for bringing great games to the world and making it a more joyful place to live.
