Product Marketing Intern, Zalopay

Are you passionate about leveraging innovative products to drive growth and enhance user experiences? We're seeking a passionate Product Marketing Intern to collaborate with **ZaloPay's User Growth (Loyalty & CRM)** team to propel promising product-centric growth initiatives.

**1. Growth Marketing (20%)**:

- Spearhead the planning and execution of impactful in-app and out-app marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to whip up compelling designs and content that captivates our audience.
- Maintain a keen eye on the marketing timeline, ensuring timely deployment to maximize user acquisition and retention.

**2. Product Operations (60%)**:

- Drive the execution and optimization of promotions to boost user conversion rates for our Loyalty and CRM programs.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand user needs and develop cost-effective, user-centric solutions.
- Drive the execution of integrated in-app activities to attract and retain our target audience.

**3. Data Analysis (20%)**:

- Monitor product performance metrics and unearth valuable insights through comprehensive database analysis.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging marketing trends, continuously optimizing our strategies to engage specific user segments.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields.
- Extensive knowledge of business social media best practices and platforms
- Eager to investigate new marketing & content trends, willing to put to the test and optimize time after time
