Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for an Account Executive who is responsible for fully understanding a client's needs and determining whether a business can meet those needs. The Account Executive will align with the internal team to ensure the company's products or services are delivered on time, on budget, and up to the client's standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Making calls or reaching out to prospects in any form of communication.
- Initiate contact and meetings with clients to discuss their needs.
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Presenting and demonstrating services to prospective clients.
- Developing and setting quotations for clients.
- Prepare and facilitate service contracts with clients.
- Briefing the delivery team who will produce the deliverables.
- Checking and reporting on the project’s progress to Team Lead.
- Keeping in contact with the client at all project stages.
- Maintaining a database of contact information.
- Follow up the client's payment and invoice the client.
- Build up relationships to win new business in the future.
- Handling complaints and negotiations.
- Update the company's database as required.
- Collaborate with other departments for co-sale and delivery activities.

**Requirements**:

- +3 years of experience in account executive or business development roles ( Sales).
- Solid English communication skills, both speaking and writing.
- Client-oriented, dedicated to working, responsible, and reliable person.
- Growth mindset, understanding, and strictly comply with the company's sales standards, processes, and rules.
- Fully computer literate (MS Office proficient user).
- Work well under pressure.
- Team player.
- Thrive for results - a limit/boundary breaker Nice-to-have.
- A University degree in Business administration, Marketing, Trade, Finance/Accounting, etc
