**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Project Management (80%)**
- **Campaign Management**: Ensure the quality control of all campaign aspects, delivering on client requirements within set budgets and timelines.
- **Client Management**:Understanding and responding to client needs, demonstrating a capacity to adjust strategies to suit those needs effectively.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Having knowledge in social media and understanding the internal planning team to follow that meet or exceed client expectations.
- **Communication & Reporting**: Maintain continuous communication with peers and clients, providing updates on project progress. Demonstrate agility in adapting to changes or shifts in project direction as needed.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work seamlessly with cross-functional departments to support campaign goals and ensure cohesive execution.
**Administrative Tasks (20%)**
- Be in-charge of all administrative tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized (including financial and other relevant documents)
**Report to**: Account Manager
**Promotion**: Senior Account Executive

- YNAM: Strategic Planning & Consulting, Content Creative;
- Other Business Units: YNM, Buzzmetrics, Mango Digital; YouNet Head Office: HR, Finance & Accounting.

**REQUIREMENTS**
**Education**:
- Having Bachelor‘s degree in economy, marketing, business is a plus but not required.
**Experience**:
- At least 1-2 years working experience in agency with the same role
- Having experience in Social Agency is a plus
