1. Job Description

To be a Talent Relations & Casting Jr. Manager for Take1 Casting, willing to be multi-faceted to assist in both fields of Talent Relations & Casting. To work under the guidance and reporting directly to CEO and Operations Manager.

2. Responsibilities
- Responsible to meet all monthly KPIS to introduce Talents to Memberships online & offline services such as Casting, Headshots, Talent Demo Reel, Booking Studio time and general talent support.
- Responsible for Service, Recruit and Secure Talents to our online Talent Network Platform.
- Set up meetings together with Client Service Manager to meet with Clients & talents Managements partnerships to secure Casting Services, Talent Membership and Headshots.
- Actively research and join Casting network communities and offer strategies to grow membership registrations & subscriptions
- Managing and Leading all Take1 offline services such as Casting and Headshots, Talent Reels Editing and Talent& Client Studio Rental.
- Create a Casting Services & Headshot recruitment plan and push to meet the KPIS every month
- Create a Casting Services and Headshot Services presentations.
- Lead team to provide Casting Services such as talent list and recommendation, audition materials, shooting and photo requirements in studio, and successful completion of the Talent presentation to deliver on time to Client.
- Lead team to provide Headshot Photography services, service Talents, select chosen photos for retouching and contact Talents after receiving approval, responsible for entire process of headshots services.
- Lead team on editing of Talent Casting performances, Talent performances on acting demo reels, Talent Performances on Edited Tape Videos shot in our studio

3. Job Requirements
- Good Management Skills of leading a small team of Talent & Casting Associates, Executive and Interns.
- Strong Verbal & Written skills of English & Vietnamese
- Strong Talent servicing skills & emotional communications and care for Talents
- Polite, Considerate and Thoughtful to maintain relations with Talents
- Good Ability to Create Clear Content Presentations
- Good Ability to coordinate Schedules, Timelines and Work Task in detailed and organized manner.
- Experience in review Talent Contracts & create Talent Negotiations & Offerings is a plus but not necessary.
- Experience with a big network of past talents in multiple fields is a plus but not necessary.
- Good knowledge in working with database and technology platforms.
- Strong work ethics, high integrity, detailed oriented and high accountability for work.
- Strong computer and database skills
