Tiếp cận khách hàng tiềm năng giới thiệu các dịch vụ cung ứng, thầu nhân lực (Employment Outsourcing)

Tư vấn, đề xuất các gói dịch vụ cung ứng/thầu nhân lực phù hợp cho từng khách hàng

Phối hợp với Trưởng Bộ Phận và các phòng ban liên quan chuẩn bị đề xuất dịch vụ (proposal) và gửi cho từng khách hàng cụ thể

Trực tiếp thực hiện công tác đàm phán, ký kết Hợp đồng cung ứng dịch vụ, thiết lập quan hệ tốt với các khách hàng tiềm năng

Chịu trách nhiệm theo dõi việc thu hồi công nợ và đưa ra các đối sách thích hợp cho khách hàng.

**Các nhiệm vụ khác**:

- Khảo sát thị trường để đưa báo giá và tư vấn các gói dịch vụ, giải pháp phù hợp.
- Cập nhật các thông tin, kiến thức về luật lao động, luật doanh nghiệp để đảm bảo việc xây dựng hợp đồng tránh rủi ro cho công ty..
- Tham gia các cuộc họp của Công ty và đóng góp ý kiến xây dựng nhằm cải thiện môi trường làm việc, cải tiến dịch vụ khách hàng và đề xuất sự cạnh tranh trong kinh doanh.

**Quyền Lợi**:

- 15 ngày phép/ năm;

**Yêu Cầu**:
Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương ở bộ phận phát triển kinh Doanh (B2B). Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng làm ở mảng HR outsourcing services

Có kiến thức vềhành chánh nhân sự, luật lao động, luật BHXH-BHYT-BH Thất nghiệp,...

Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên, các ngành liên quan đến nhân sự, QTKD, Marketing,...

Giao tiếp, đàm phán tốt

Tiếng Anh tốt

Tin học văn phòng ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint) tốt

Coi trọng/cam kết cao độ về chất lượng dịch vụ khi cung ứng cho khách hàng
