Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development professional to join our Fintech company. As the Senior Business Development focusing on Sales Performance and Business Outcome, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships for our range of innovative Fintech products. Your primary objective will be to achieve exceptional sales performance, foster long-term business relationships, and deliver positive business outcomes for our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape to optimize sales performance.
- Sales performance management: Define sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales forecasts. Monitor and analyze sales data, pipeline, and conversion rates. Take proactive measures to improve sales efficiency and optimize the sales process.
- Business outcome focus: Understand clients' needs, pain points, and desired business outcomes. Position our Fintech products as solutions that address their specific requirements and drive tangible business results. Collaborate with internal teams to align product development and marketing strategies with clients' business objectives.
- Strategic partnerships: Identify and engage potential strategic partners, including financial institutions, technology companies, and industry influencers. Negotiate partnership agreements, develop joint go-to-market strategies, and foster mutually beneficial relationships to expand market reach and drive business growth.
- Client relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understand their evolving needs, and provide exceptional customer service. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and driving customer retention and upselling opportunities.
- Market intelligence and thought leadership: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the Fintech sector. Leverage market intelligence to identify business opportunities, develop thought leadership content, and position our company as an industry leader.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, customer success, and finance, to align business objectives, share insights, and drive coordinated efforts to achieve sales targets and business outcomes.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the Fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of Fintech products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand clients' business outcomes and deliver value-added solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
