Personal Asasistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Devise and maintain office filing system
Prepares expense reports.
Coordinates business affairs and personal matters
Prepare and organize the company events ans others
Make marketing content and basic graphic design (as per request)
Other duties as assigned
- QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in related field preferred
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant (at least 2 years)
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures (update internal regulations, compliance policies to advise as per each request)
MS Office and English proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, include but not limited to interpreter and contract translation
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Discretion and confidentiality
Loyalty and Honesty
