Zim - Ar Coordinator

Daily checking for Bank, input DZ (ZFI_Cashier) - Bank Transfer
- Posting Customer’s payments with sub-bank in SAP for Import BLs
- Performing credit control & keep track of invoice.
- Daily checking & update Customer payment to Commercial and Document
- Daily coordinate with Invoicing Team for pushing Invoice for Customer payment
- Daily input Zgatepass or AR SAP for release cargo
- Admin payment to vendors and Refund container deposit to Customers
- Balance confirmation with Customers.
- Clarify with Auditor for any related AR or AP (admin and Container Deposit)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of payment/AP and/or related experience from Qualified Universities
- Strong knowledge of commercial collection/payment experience, proficiency in MS office and excel, shipping/logistic and SAP accounting software experience preferred
- Personality: cautious, high responsible, timely, patient, friendly, teamwork, enthusiastic, well emotional, discipline
- English requirement in reading, writing, speaking, listening
