Transshipment Coordinator

Responsible for the transshipment overseas volume with connection plan according to Regional Cargo Flow’s instruction.
- Coordinate and clarify with concerned parties if any mismatch found on cargo detail.
- Timely system update connection vessel for cargo tracking via website.
- Manage schedule routes, short-ship for units missed connection.
- Provide the T/S cargo list for loading plan
- Work closely with local Operation team for the possibility of timing cargo connection and hot box request.
- Be the focal point of CS - Doc team with timeline manifest submission.
- Follow local Customs regulation and moving transportation.
- Follow up domestic feeder between North - South and via versa
- Ensure DG / OOG get the Haz approval before loading
- Unblock BL corrector
- GMR error
- Minimize cargo disruption with schedule failure
- Respond querries related T/S.
- Arrange the booking with vendor to KHPKH
- Monitor cargo readiness to comply essential requirement authorized

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar position within shipping industry, logistics in transshipment operations and customer service
