Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for driving growth and creating business opportunities? We're seeking an ambitious, proactive, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and working closely with our project teams to deliver exceptional workplace solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.
Job Discription:

- Identify and research potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to establish ADP workplace as a pioneering & leading workplace design and build company.
- Understand client needs/ requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with their goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals and projects to clients.
- Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs to drive innovative solutions and achieve business objectives.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related fields.
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a Business Development, working under high pressure environment
**Skills:

- Strong in English communication
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Emotional intelligence: BD professionals should be able to understand and manage their emotions and those of others to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in MS Office and Powerpoint.
