**Responsibilities**
- Plan, build, and maintain effective account management of major customers.
- Attend to inquiries, prepare quotes, and provide technical support to existing and new customer
- Prepare weekly/monthly business activity reports and analysis in CRM
- Research and analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with management on strategic plans for revenue growth and new markets penetration.
- Conduct seminar, training and workshops to educate customers on vision technologies.
- Maintain industry knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Perform other duties as requested.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred
- Good language skills in English and Vietnamese
- A keen interest in continuing to develop career in machine vision industry
- Familiarity with industrial automation and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
- Experience in machine vision technology will be a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Committed attitude and positive approach, punctuality, and reliability.
