**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in business development, preferably in the translation and localization industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Experience with sales automation tools.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to travel across Asia, USA, and Europe.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
