We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are successful in implementing and using our CDP platform, Dfinery. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical guidance and support to customers, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure the platform meets the customer's requirements. You will be the primary point of contact for technical matters and work closely with our customer's technical teams to ensure their success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with Sales Team & Customer Success Team to understand each customer's unique needs and requirements and ensure these are incorporated into the implementation of CDP.
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and ensure successful platform integration, configuration, and customization.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers, troubleshoot any issues, and identify opportunities to optimize platform usage
- Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and usage
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure our customers receive the highest level of technical expertise and support
- Provide regular updates to customers on product releases, features, and enhancements
- Collaborate with our product and development teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into our platform roadmap

- Nam, tầm 93 - 95
- Tốt nghiệp CNTT hoặc có background về làm tại các cty CNTT nhưng đi làm về Digital Marketing càng tốt. Biết sơ sơ về web scripting (HTML, CS, JS)

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT.
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management or related roles in a software or SaaS company or a Marketing Agency, or experience as an in-house Digital Marketing Executive for a medium or large size company.
- Strong passion for Data Analytics & Digital Marketing.
- Strong technical skills and expertise in the CDP platform and related technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical guidance to customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
