**About the Department**:
The Channels & Digitalization function enables end-to-end seamless connectivity for UOB customers across all physical and digital touchpoints of the Bank. Designed to be in tune with our customers’ banking preferences, we strive to enhance engagement and deliver exemplary experiences across our network of branches, self-service machines and digital platforms. We collaborate with FinTech ecosystem partners to keep abreast of developments in the FinTech innovation space and to embed ourselves in our customers’ lives. We also harness customer insights to help us deliver new business models and digital innovations, and to build deeper relationships with our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Account Opening/Closure with checking documentations for non-walk in/ walk in customers.
- Perform Account maintenances of the following major facilities for customers

+ Update customers’ information

+ Issue account confirmation

+ ATM/ Token issuance

+ Signature/Documents scanning and retrievals

+ Refund / waivers of charges / interests
- Contribution of sales referral
- Store docs by scanning EWF or booking Crown service.
- Investigate and respond customers’ query / complaints
- Do the confirmation of the balance and the account
- Provide bank statement to customers in person or deliver to customers’ address
- Collect data / information related or required for branch reporting when necessary
- Ensure that the reports will be sent to PIC on time
- Cooperate with BUs to explore good opportunity to achieve Sales referral results
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
- Participate in testing whenever required
- Handle customer’s inquiries/ complaints properly. If necessary, contact relevant Teams for assisting with more information; or escalate to Team Leader/ Manager for further support
- Other assigned task by PV checker and Branch Manager from time to time
