- Prepares financial statements and conducts analyses for the branch.
- Supervises and manages department employees on a daily basis, providing leadership.
- Ensures adherence to all banking procedures and processes.
- Handles recruitment, screening, interviews, and hiring of new staff.
- Oversees approvals for loans, lines of credit, and other financial arrangements.
- Assists in maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Promotes the branch within the community to attract business.
- Manages budget reports, prepares budgets, and analyzes them.
- Provides advice on procedures, financial management, and policy development.
- Manages financial reports for tax purposes, regulatory bodies, and other financial entities related to branch finances.
- Forecasts and plans based on fiscal requirements.
- Increases the number of bank accounts.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

**Experience**:

- 8-10 years of experience in banking or financial services
- A minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage teams, and achieve financial targets
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
