Sales Manager

**Main Responsibilities**:
・Supervise the daily work of the sales team, and set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them
・Accompany and be present when salespeople visit customers to recruit, and follow up on all aspects of the recruitment process.
・Support and guide the team to achieve sales goals, and monitor KPIs and evaluate performance
・Hold regular meetings, implement training programs, and take steps to improve salespeople's skills
・Draw up and implement measures to improve motivation
・Implement compliance education for the sales team and follow up on it
・Report work to the president in English and propose work improvements
・Other tasks necessary to carry out the company's business as instructed by your supervisor
**Requirements**:
・Ability to build good relationships and communicate smoothly with team members, internal and external stakeholders, customers, and other business stakeholders
・Leadership to correctly communicate company strategies, policies, and goals to team members, gain their understanding and consent, and share a clear and specific vision for achieving goals with the team and lead them towards achieving them
・Coaching skills to encourage subordinates' growth and improvement through specific and constructive feedback
・Management skills to enable the entire team to carry out work smoothly by efficiently managing schedules and setting priorities for the entire team
・Problem-solving skills to quickly identify, evaluate, and implement realistic solutions to the root causes of problems for subordinates and the entire team
・Management skills to plan team goals based on company policies and business strategies, and to carry out departmental sales management, budget management, labor management, etc.
・English skills to smoothly report, contact, and consult on work in English
・Able to understand and comply with laws, regulations, and guidelines in the Vietnamese insurance industry, as well as a high compliance mindset to communicate the importance of compliance to team members and ensure their compliance
・An open attitude that supports the values of our company and supports spreading these values both inside and outside the company
・A high level of professionalism that allows you to constantly update your knowledge and skills, improve your expertise, and act as a role model for the entire team and carry out your work
・University graduate or above - No age requirement
・Sales experience (other than insurance or finance is acceptable)
・Experience managing subordinates or a team
