**Mô tả công việc Nhiệm vụ chính/ Principle Accountabilities/**:
- Đảm bảo tuyển đủ nhân lực cho nhu cầu của Công ty
Ensure the recruitment of staff sufficient to organisation needs;
- Quản lý thông tin đảm bảo cập nhật đúng, đầy đủ và kịp thời trên hệ thống nhân sự nội bộ
Information management to ensure accurate, complete and timely updates on the internal human resources system
**Vai trò & Trách nhiệm/ Roles & Responsibility**:
- Phối hợp với Quản lý các phòng ban có nhu cầu để xác định yêu cầu tuyển dụng và lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng;
Liaise with Hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and create recruiting plan
- Thực hiện công tác tuyển dụng: tìm kiếm, thu hút nhân tài, sàng lọc và phỏng vấn ứng viên, ;
- Tham gia quá trình đánh giá năng lực của ứng viên để phù hợp với các vị trí tuyển dụng;
- Đàm phán lương và hoàn thiện các thủ tục giữa công ty và ứng viên
- Thực hiện quy trình chào đón nhân viên mới;
Implement the process of employee onboarding
- Cập nhập và báo cáo thông tin nhân viên hàng tháng (Dữ liệu và hệ thống);
Update and report newcomer data monthly (Data & System)
- Liên lạc với công ty bảo vệ, theo dõi và xử lý kịp thời các vấn đề phát sinh tại cửa hàng;
Liaise with the security company, monitor and ly handle problems arising at the stores;
- Những công việc khác theo sự phân công của trưởng phòng

**Kinh nghiệm/ Experience**:
- Từ 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm trong lĩnh vực F&B
**Năng lực/ Competencies**:
- Khả năng thương lượng, thuyết phục tốt / Good negotiation and Persuasion Skill
- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt, hiệu quả / Good communication skill
- Khả năng sắp xếp và quản lý thời gian / Organizational and time management skill
- Thành thạo Tin học văn phòng / Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Teamwork
- Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực, có trách nhiệm, chính trực, nhiệt huyết / Ability to work under pressure, responsibility, intergrity, enthusiasm;
- Giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản/ Basic English communication skill; Yêu cầu hồ sơ
